ADVANCED LEVEL of TECHNOLOGY: from the very beginning of its activity the Brescian Microfond chose to create an internal Department of planning and execution.
The company is equipped with a CAD-CAM Station, which uses the most modern and up to date processing and 3D modeling software tool path; This ensures that all molds are designed within.
The tooling Department consists of a machine tools (CNC machining center, lathe, EDM etc ...) that enables the company to realize even the most complex equipment.
The choice of having created a mold design and manufacturing department has proven successful over the years in many ways:
- reduction of time to market, the customer's order at the first sampling details
- lower cost of dies
- internal management of know-how related to moulding
- editing time stamp, at the request of the customer, very content
- best care and precision of molds
